All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days upon confirmation of payment. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received, so keep calm and let us notify you about all the steps on the way!
For Canada Post shipping, once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

We only consider a package lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date (Canada Post Guidelines) and will resolve the problem at that time.
Kash and Co. is not responsible for the loss of a package. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package to insure delivery. If you are having issues with your shipment please reach out to the shipping company or feel free to reach out to us and we can inquire on your behalf.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

At this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind due to hygienic reasons. Please shop carefully. You can email us anytime with any product queries and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
SALE ITEMS
Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or returned and all sales are final.
DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS
All items are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a sellable condition prior to being sent to you.
If you discover that an item is faulty or damaged, then you must notify Kash & Co. within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via email at
shop@mykashandco.com with a full description of the fault, your order number and supporting images.
If we inspect the item and confirm that there is a fault, you will be entitled to a replacement or store credit.
Kash and Co. will cover the packaging and postage costs associated with the customer returning a faulty or damaged item.
Customers are liable for any delivery costs if the item is found not to be faulty.
