EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
We are certain that you will love your Kash & Co. items.
At this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind due to hygienic reasons. Please shop carefully. You can email us anytime with any product queries and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or returned and all sales are final.
DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS
All items are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a sellable condition prior to being sent to you.
If you discover that an item is faulty or damaged, then you must notify Kash & Co. within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a full description of the fault, your order number and supporting images.
If we inspect the item and confirm that there is a fault, you will be entitled to a replacement or store credit.
Kash and Co. will cover the packaging and postage costs associated with the customer returning a faulty or damaged item.
Customers are liable for any delivery costs if the item is found not to be faulty.
